How we handle personal data submitted through this website.
EvidentiaMed Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17202527, based in London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
If you complete the contact form we collect the name, email address, organisation (if given) and message you provide. We also record the IP address and browser user-agent of the submission, together with the date and time, in order to detect and prevent automated abuse of the form.
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to carry out any resulting correspondence. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box, and our legitimate interest in securing this website against automated abuse. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them with third parties.
Enquiries are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Backup copies of the enquiry record are kept for up to 30 days. Web server logs, which include IP addresses, are kept for 14 days. Abuse-prevention records store a one-way encoded form of your IP address for one hour only.
Enquiries are stored on our server in Manchester, United Kingdom, which is hosted by Hostinger International Limited, and are delivered to a company mailbox provided by Zoho Corporation on its European Union data centres. This site uses Cloudflare, Inc. as a content delivery and security provider, which processes connection data on our behalf. These providers act as our processors and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie in order to provide its security services.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
